The Next FOSMS Committee Meeting Takes Place on Tuesday 4th June 2024 at 7pm.
Through our fundraising initiatives and the generosity of our supporters, we make a real difference to the school life of all our pupils.
To follow are some of the major achievements we’ve accomplished together this year:
OUR IMPACT
24 New Classroom iPads
We’re proud to have provided 24 Apple iPads for our classrooms. These invaluable assets have opened up new avenues for interactive learning, creativity and skill development for our children.
The investment in this new technology was funded entirely by FOSMS at a cost of £8,375.00

Playground Repairs
Our fundraising efforts have meant that we have been able to pay for costly repairs to the playground trim trail which ensures that the children have once again been able to safely enjoy the play equipment during break times.
The repairs carried out earlier in the year were funded entirely by FOSMS at a cost of £2,500.00

Classroom Resources
Each year FOSMS provides funding to each class for investment in additional resources. This provides children with valuable hands-on learning experiences, broadens their horizons and deepened their understanding of various subjects.
The investment in classroom resources are funded entirely by FOSMS at a cost of £1,200.00
OUR IMPACT
Life Education Bus Visit
Each year FOSMS funds the visit of the Coram Life Education Bus which provides a whole-school approach to wellbeing and mental health. Offering a Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) education curriculum and an invaluable, comprehensive scheme of work for all pupils in the school.
The cost of this annual visit is funded entirely by FOSMS at a cost of £800.00
OUR IMPACT
School Buddy Zoo Trip
On entry to school new reception class pupils are paired with a buddy who supports and looks after them as they settle in to school life. They then enjoy a trip to the zoo together to celebrate.
The cost of this trip for all the pupils involved was funded entirely by FOSMS.

Over the past twelve months, the money raised by the various events and fundraising campaigns has been used on a range of enrichment activities across the school.
Our total spend over the year is £13,000+
